Apex Plumbing - Pipelining, Leak and Drain Repair in St. Petersburg FL

Oh my gosh. They are the Best! I woke up at 1am last night to a poo waterfall - literally, poo water just gushing from the toilet out onto the floors. I call no less than 5 "emergency plumbers". Some don't answer all don't have anyone available. The 6th call... Apex. I have asked for names as I've never been so grateful. A young woman (Tori) answers my call at 2am, tells me she's sending Tanner out as soon as possible. Tanner arrives and we're plunging, he's snaking lines, shop vacuuming poo water into the early morning hours. We get everything to a stopping point, he has to come back tomorrow (today). Enter Samantha, took my calls, assured Tanner would be by as soon as he was done with his job over in Tampa. Mind you, I cannot use the bathroom or facilities, I'm worried, but I held faith. Tanner texts!! Dude was a life-saver! New wax ring on the toilet base, even helped clean up the mess. It is very difficult to find good people doing great work in Florida but when you find them, keep them. I don't know anything about this company other than the fact that they were the 6th call I made at 1, 2am last night. But go on, do it. Try them. Hopefully next time it won't be an emergency!

I had an excellent experience with Apex Plumbing! Ricardo was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Wow. This is the best first word I could use to share my experience. I first called another highly rated Plumber for my after hours issue and was told the tech would call me. I was given nothing else. After waiting over an hour, I started looking again. Thankfully I found Apex. The associate who answered my call gave me a 2 hour window and assured me I would be getting a call from the technician to advise of next steps. Already ahead of the other place. :) The tech called within 20 minutes and then text me to let me know when he was on the way. He was professional, and incredibly respectful. He removed my broken tank that night and assured me he would be back Monday to install the new one we agreed on. He answered questions through the rest of the weekend on his time and throughout the install visit today. I would highly recommend Apex. Kenton was a great tech. I'm sold! No need to call anywhere else if you want top notch service.

Apex was able to send a plumber out same day, on a Saturday. The plumber, Kehl, called ahead to say he could be there 1.5 hours ahead of the scheduled time. He quickly assessed the situation and offered the alternatives. His communications were courteous, friendly and professional. His work was efficient, thorough and excellent. He completed the work promptly, and the pricing was very fair. I'll call these guys anytime I have a plumbing need and would recommend them to anyone.
